Meet our Board of Directors

Sarah has served as the executive director for the Mat-Su Home Builders Association since November of 2013. With a background in banking, employee management and customer service, the MSHBA was a great place for Sarah to bring an exciting approach to our membership-based nonprofit. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with members at networking events and coordinating charitable efforts for the community and local students. In her free time, Sarah enjoys exploring our beautiful state with her husband and son, reading, gardening and supporting small business by shopping local.

After growing up in the home building business, Rebecca took over the family company in 2020. (Hall Quality Homes) Ownership and business management is just one piece of the pie; meeting with potential homebuyers and bringing their floorplans to life is her favorite part of the job. In her first year as president, Rebecca has had the opportunity to help shape policies that benefit both builders and homebuyers, ensuring quality and stability in the industry. When not networking with members and volunteering with our association, Rebecca loves spending time traveling, hiking and trying new foods with her husband and 2 yorkies!
